As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, our goal is to ensure that you have access to affordable triathlon and endurance training (swim, bike, run) so you can lead an active lifestyle.  Our experienced coaches provide best in class training while you focus on staying healthy and feeling accomplished.

As part of the the team you will make new friends who will offer a supportive environment so you can persevere on reaching your fitness goals over the long haul.  We only ask that you bring a positive attitude and have a good time.  TriLatino takes care of the rest!

2013 Triathlon Training Programs

Short Course Training - Sprint and Olympic Distance
March 18 to September 6, 2013
This triathlon and endurance training program is designed to help you:
- Lead a healthy and active lifestyle 
- Get you started in the sport whether you decide to take on the three sports or start with a single discipline.
- Get you ready for your first sprint or olympic distance triathlon
- Help you improve your performance at the sprint or olympic distance level

Our weekly coached sessions include swim, bike, and run training.  Bricks (duo-discipline) and open water sessions will also be scheduled throught out the season to get you race ready.  You can add core sessions to your weekly training for an additional fee.  See location and schedule details.

Long Course Training - Half Ironman Distance
March 18 to August 22, 2013
This advanced training program is designed to get you ready for a 70.3 distance.  Your training week consists of four weekly coached sessions - swim, bike run, and core - and detailed daily instructions for non-coached training days.  Open water and Brick sessions paired with skill development clinics will also be scheduled through out the season to get you to the finish line feeling strong.  Even though this program is targeted towards Revolution 3 Maine (8/25/13), our dedicated coaches are able to modify this training for athletes registered for other Half Ironman races.  See location and schedule details.

Not ready for full triathlon training?
No problem.  Everyone is welcomed to register for single skill programs.  You can choose to participate in one sport or any combination of training sessions.  See location and schedule details.
