Due to the nature of our Club and our not-for-profit status, TriLatino's gear is made on a special order basis. For these reasons, we do not offer a money-back guarantee refund

However we will gladly exchange your product with a similar one on inventory or we will resubmit you order at the next batch. In order for the this to apply all returned items must be in new/unused condition with original packaging and hangtags, a 15% restocking fee will apply

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES
You are required to cover all return shipping charges, unless the item(s) arrived damaged or in defective condition or you received a mis-shipment.
DAMAGED ITEMS OR MIS-SHIPMENTS
Please contact info@trilatino.org to set up a replacement shipment. In these cases, TriLatino will cover the cost of the return shipment.
REJECTED RETURNS
If products do not meet the conditions outlined in our Return Policy, they may be rejected. In these cases, the returned products will be shipped back to you and no refund will be issued.
